CCHP Reference

CCHP Reference

Here are some of our installation references:

Fertilizer Plant

Plant :

CCHP plant fueled by natural gas, generating electricity, steam and hot air.

Startup Date:

February 2013

Scope of Supply:

Genset MTU 2×2 MW.
HSSG boiler 3 Ton/hr.
Air-Preheaters 3 sets
Genset Protection & Sync
Instrumentation

Scope of Works:

Equipment Installation All piping, including natural gas, hot water, exhaust gas.
Electrical Installation
SCADA and instrumentation

Features:

This CHP plant achieved almost 80% total efficiency. The primary energy saving (PES) is almost 30%. Of the 4 MW electricity generated, 1MW is exported to the grid under a VSPP contact. The gensets will automatically go into island mode operation if there is power outage in the grid. Also, when the grid power returns, the gensets can back synchronize without interruption.

Starch Plant

Plant :

CCHP plant fueled by biogas from starch waste water, generating electricity, hot water and chilled water.

Contract:

EPC contracts

Startup Date:

Phase #1 2015
Phase #2 2016
Phase #3 2019

Scope of Supply:

Gensets MTU 5×1.5 MW, 2×2 MW
Electrical LV and MV systems
Gensets protection & Sync
SCADA System
Instrumentation
Biogas Dryers

Scope of Works:

Equipment Installation
All piping
Electrical Instrumentation, LV and MV
SCADA and Instrumentation

Features:

This CCHP plant is generating 11 MW of electricity from biogas, 2,000Kw of hot water from jacket water and 600 RT of chilled water from exhaust. All the power generated is consumed within the factory.

Palm Oil Plant

Plant :

Power plant fueled by biogas from palm oil waste water, generating electricity.

Startup Date:

2018

Scope of Supply:

Gensets MTU 1 x 2MW
Electrical LV and MV systems
Genset protection and sync.
Exhaust gas system

Scope of Works:

Equipment Installation
All piping
Electrical Installation Low voltage

Features:

This power plant is generating 2 Mw for their own consumption.

Ethanol & Starch Plant

Plant :

CCHP plant fueled by biogas from starch waste water, generating electricity and hot air.

Startup Date:

Phase #1 2018
Phase #2 2020

Scope of Supply:

Genset MTU 2 x 2 MW
Electrical LV system
Genset protection and sync

Scope of Works:

Equipment installation
All piping
Electrical installation

Features:

The CCHP plant has generated electricity from biogas for factory consumption. Moreover, 1,400 Kw of hot air were produced by using jacket water of the gas engines and an air preheater.
