CCHP

We provide EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) services for distributed power plants. Our services cover front-end design up to commissioning with performance guarantees.

Gas engine

This is the heart of the distributed power plant, using natural gas, biogas or sewage gas as fuel. Our preferred supplier is MTU from Roll Royce Power System, Germany. MTU’s gas engine has power ranging from 700kW to 2.5 MW using biogas or natural gas.

Heat Recovery Systems

The heat energy can be recovered from the engine jacket and intercooler water and the exhaust gas. It is then converted to useful energy depending on customer demand, Such as:

Steam

The exhaust gas is feed into a HRSG unit to produce saturated steam at 6-8 barg.

Chilled Water

The heat can drive the absorption chiller to produce chilled water. Various configuration of absorption chiller is available to fully utilize the heat.

Hot water

Up to 120°C hot water can be provided using shell and tube heat exchanger.

Hot Air

Hot air can be generated for preheating or drying purposes.
